VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested and cold macerated for 12 hours. The product is then separated from the skins, decanted and inoculated with selected yeasts to start the fermentation, which lasts for 10-12 days at a constant temperature of 16 ° C. The wine is then cleaned and stored in steel tanks until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of ripe exotic fruit sweetened by notes of honey and vanilla. Elegant, warm and persistent.
PAIRING: Excellent with savory pies, soups, fish, white meats and young cheeses.
