GRAPES: Pinot grigio

CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow colored wine with light greenish reflections, medium structure, with fruity and enveloping notes of William pear and rennet apple. Elegant, warm, persistent.
PAIRING: Excellent with sushi, fish first courses, shellfish.
