Prosecco DOC millesimato brut
VINIFICATION: Grapes vinified in white. Fermentation is done at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave starting from the must with the Martinotti method for about 3 months. At the end the sparkling wine is filtered and cold bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS: Sparkling wine with a bright yellow color where in its persistent perlage, numerous fruity aromas blend with light floral notes linked by great finesse and due to its sweet, fresh and fragrant flavor.
PAIRING: Excellent aperitif, very good with fruit salad and perfect on other occasions of the day. It should be served at a temperature of 6 ° - 8 ° C obtained by keeping the bottle immersed in the ice of the bucket, never in the fridge!
