VITTORIO – Rosso Veneto IGT
GRAPES: Merlot, Corvinona, Turchetta, Pattaresca
VINIFICATION: The grapes harvested strictly by hand are placed in fruity for about 30/35 days, then pressed in steel tanks where it ferments with frequent crowding and reassembly for about 30/35 days. It then rests for 24/30 months in large and small barrels of second and third passage.
CHARACTERISTICS: Wine of intense purple red color with violet reflections Aromas of violet, marasca, berries, raisins, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, enveloping and dry.
PAIRINGS: Perfect with second courses of red meats such as braised meats and game. Suitable with large mature cheeses. Great as a meditation wine.
