Prosecco DOC spumante brut
VINIFICATION: Grapes vinified in white, hand-picked and processed with a soft pressing. The wine is obtained with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Italian method in autoclave (Martinotti method), lasting about 60 days. It is then filtered and cold bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow colored wine, vinous, light and distinctly fruity bouquet reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. Its modest alcohol content gives it a pleasant, delicate and harmonious flavour.
PAIRING: It is a very versatile aperitif sparkling wine par excellence. It goes very well with risottos, soups and white meats. It is enhanced with fish, especially with molluscs, seafood, crustaceans and vegetables (radicchio and mushrooms). It should be served at 6 ° - 8 ° C.
