GRAPES: Moscato Bianco
VINIFICATION: The hand-picked selected grapes are cooled to 0.5 ° C and then softly pressed to maximize the fruity aromas. The must thus obtained must be stored in air-conditioned tanks until the moment of fermentation in an autoclave.
CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow in color with bright greenish reflections. The must obtained is conserved in climate-controlled tanks until the moment of the second fermentation in autoclave.
PAIRING: It goes wonderfully with goose liver, pates, aged cheeses and spicy ones. Excellent with small pastries. Magnificent served slightly chilled.
