GRAPES: Chardonnay, Moscato Giallo, Sauvignon blanc
VINIFICATION: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ° -18 °, with grapes separated in steel tank. Assembly follows after 30/60 days after analytical checks and careful sensory analyzes. It matures on its own fine lees until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS: A yellow wine with greenish reflections. Aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, peach and pear. Relevant and expressive volume in the mouth, excellent persistence with a creamy fruity taste with a long finish.
PAIRING: It goes well with first and second courses based on fish, perfect as an aperitif.
