GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet, Carmenere
VINIFICATION: Traditional red vinification with short pumping over for 8 days of maceration. After racking, malolactic fermentation and refinement take place in steel tanks, where the wine remains until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS: Brilliant ruby red color, seductive aromas reminiscent of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and currant. Soft, savory with velvety tannins.
PAIRING: Perfect with red, grilled and roasted meats.
