TRIANGOLO – Colli Euganei Rosso DOC
GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso
VINIFICATION: The vinification is made in red and it lasts about 20 days in presence of the skins and then the Malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks. It is aged in large barrels and barriques for about 18 months. When bottled the wine refine for about 6 months before being put on sale.
CHARACTERISTICS: Intense ruby red color tending to garnet; vinous aroma, with a slightly ethereus bouquet with a taste of ripe fruit, sometimes vanilla and tobacco. Dry, complete and warm taste in its soft and long texture.
PAIRINGS: It is wine from cold meats of the large kitchen, roasts of red meat, noble poultry, game and strong hard cheeses.
