Pinot nero rosato millesimato brut
GRAPES: Pinot nero
VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in rosé, that is, by lightly macerating the skins with the must. After the primary fermentation, the wine is placed in temperature controlled steel tanks where it slowly ferments becoming sparkling after about 90 days. It is filtered and cold bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS: Lively wine with a cherry color; fresh and vinous aroma; lively flavor reminiscent of apple and apricot with a bitter aftertaste.
PAIRING: It is a wine suitable for aperitifs, quick snacks, light appetizers and first courses.
