GRAPES: Garganega, Sauvignon, Tai, Moscato giallo
ALCOHOL: 12.50%
VINIFICATION: It is obtained from a careful selection of grapes from vines with different characters that blend in an interesting balance between harmony, pleasantness, structure and minerality of the Euganean volcanic soils. The wine matures in steel tanks on its own fine lees until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine is brilliant. It is fresh, mineral, fruity, capable of evolving well over time, developing hints of wild white berries, citrus. Delicate at the same time it recalls notes of peach and elderflower. On the palate it is deep and clean, with a pleasant, soft, slightly sapid, mineral and persistent taste.
PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with vegetable-based first courses, perfect with ham.
